1. Curb Delivery

All deliveries are street curb delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer assumes all responsibility for access conditions and property damage beyond the curb line.

2. Access & Site Conditions

Customer is responsible for providing safe and adequate access for delivery equipment. Rocky’s Ready Mix is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, underground utilities, or surfaces unable to support truck weight.

3. Volumetric Measurement

Concrete is mixed on site via volumetric mixer. Yardage is measured at the point of discharge and is considered accurate and final at time of delivery.

4. Placement Direction

If customer directs placement of concrete, customer assumes responsibility for placement location and resulting conditions.

5. Washout Responsibility

Customer is responsible for providing a suitable washout area. Rocky’s Ready Mix is not liable for improper washout location designated by customer.

6. Time Charges & Standby

Standby time begins upon arrival if unloading is delayed due to customer conditions. Time charges apply as listed above.

7. Concrete Performance

Rocky’s Ready Mix is not responsible for cracking, shrinkage, settlement, finishing results, weather-related effects, or curing practices. Proper curing and finishing are the responsibility of the customer or contractor.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of service unless prior account terms are established. Past due balances are subject to finance charges and collection costs.
